spring forward weekend

Here is how our spring forward weekend is going.  I'm recovering from another cold and am feeling a lot better.  Yesterday I just wanted my childhood snack of Gatorade and Girl Scout cookies.

This book is so good.  Thank you Natasha for telling us about her.

I'm also reading Make Trouble by Cecile Richards.
It is interesting that she refers to pro-life folks as anti-abortionist.  I am recently finding it important to be more informed and more compassionate when it comes to opposing views.

Matt made veggies in the oven on Saturday night.

The kids and I have been really sick the past few weeks, but it is nice when we can just get outside and enjoy some fresh air every day.  I love that the Yellow Bells are in bloom.

Now I'm going to go relax and watch Home Alone.

xoxo,
Kelly

  2. Man, if I can ever sit down and read again in peace, I know I would love the Gown. Haha! The Spring allergies have really been hitting us hard too. Lots of snotty noses, and I have had a terrible sore throat and no voice the last few days. Sigh. Yum, those veggies sure look good!
