read all about it

In recent news...

Clarice got her first papercut
I made a toilet paper "cast" for her.

She went to Winter Wonderland at her preschool.
She got "Crazy Hair" and also had fun playing with shaving cream.

We went to the local, used bookstore and bought $19 worth of happiness.

Matt and Clarice and I went to visit my side of the family on Saturday while Lance was at Grammy's.  We had to stop by a bakery to get cinnamon rolls...sorry I didn't actually take a picture of the rolls.

I finished reading this really endearing YA book about a teenage boy with Autism.

Lance went through the front yard "delivering newspapers."

He is going to look so grown up once all his teeth come back in.

That's our news for now.  Hope you all have a great week!

all the pictures

Hello is what we've been up to.

Playing with Legos at the library...

Clarice and I went to a birthday party the other day, and this is a hat I made.

I had another birthday come and go recently too.  Clarice helped make my box cake.

We have relatives in town, and this is food they made at my brother's house.  I guess it is called a Ho-gou (not sure how to spell it even though I tried to look it up on Google), and you fry food in hot oil in the crock pot.

Matt was really into it.

Clarice and I hung out in the living room and played with blocks.

Lance thought it would be funny to draw red dots on his face...

And now Lance really is sick (again) with a cough.  This week should be interesting.

Hope you all have a great week.

hello 2 0 1 9

Matt and I got to celebrate our anniversary alone on New Year's Eve.  It was so nice.  I got a to-go order from a restaurant and had it all ready when he got home.

I bought us these cute wine glasses for some bubbly...

We also enjoyed watching the movie God's Not Dead.

2018 was a challenging year, but we are thankful that we got to go through it as a team.  I'm so glad I have such a wonderful partner.   Happy Anniversary sweetie!

In other news, we are really looking forward to 2019 because 1. we no longer have the flu, and 2. Lance will only have 30 minutes of speech each week instead of an hour of OT and 30 minutes of speech.  Our schedule will be so much easier!

Here is to a great 2019!

our trip to Athens...Georgia part 2

As the previous post stated, we were having lots of fun exploring Athens, Georgia.  Although we had quite a ways to walk, we finally made ...
