Things are looking up

Hey there friends!  I hope everyone is having a good start to the week.  After I dropped Lance off at school this morning, I jogged two miles.  It isn't three (which is what most of the road races are), but I figure two is better than zero.  Speaking of fitness, I joined a gym today.  The opening fee was only one dollar and the monthly fee is ten dollars.  I'm so excited.  I'll probably have to quit after the baby is here, but at least I can get in a few workouts between now and August.

Lance was a real trooper today as I dragged him all over town running errands.  I went by the doctor's office to talk to them about my appointment for tomorrow.  I have been so stressed because my updated health insurance won't go through for another month or so, but I was able to find out that tomorrow's visit will be less than fifty dollars.  Yeah!

We did have some fun stuff on the agenda for today though.  We stopped by Panera Bread for lunch, and we also went to a park.  Here are some of our recent pictures.

Here's to hoping that this continues to be a good week!  : )

  1. Sounds like the start for a good week! Health insurance issues are the worst! Glad to know that you are getting it all straighten out. Good job getting the jog in! I've been riding my exercise bike every night. I love how I feel after!

  2. I would totally join the gym again if it was only $10 per month. And I LOVE Panera Bread. It is my favourite place to eat at when we got to The States.

thankful for our new schedule
